Решение открыть гараж на форуме, подтолкнуло желание поделиться c людьми своим трудом по авто ЗАЗ 1102. Больше всего в частности двс, а не сам автомобиль.Долго собирался,все некогда да все незачем но вот попробуем. Сразу опишусь что ни на что не претендую и ничего не доказываю пока сам это не испытаю, а слишком умных прошу высказываться конструктивно и понятно для простого роботяги.Единственно что жаль это что мое посещение форума будет минимальным и в основном состоять будет из приложений и кратких описаний. За неимением свободного времени я просто не в состоянии много обсуждать те или иные вопросы с Вами но постараюсь вести гараж понятно и отвечать....... И так ... была цель пиобрести и НАКРУТИТЬ автомобиль для любительских гонок,чтоб не дорого и сердито а главное сравнительно быстро. Выбор пал на 1102...Пошол уже год... за это время я уложыл два двс один был с авто (пост. два обычных солека эксперемент распред)-прожыл две недели и ничем не удивил. Второй уже более подгот.. по максимум (моим)доработал все что смог парам.. 1.3 вертикалки, кпп,гбц усиление кузова, вообщем лучьше история-фото...

Спасибо мудрым и проверенным решениям DRX с закипанием жидкости между 2-3 выпуском в гбц. Зделать было не легко но зделал и другим форумчанам которые давали ПРАКТИЧЕСКИЕ советы...

На данный момент мотор прошол ровно 4-ре тысячи и снят по причине "немного дунул" так сказать 15 минут счастья и... Ну это уже следующая история... Прод. следует...

1. а что это за коробочки между стаканом и внутренним крылом?
2. а почему клапана в ребрышко? для лучшего охлаждения?
3. а зачем вы поршень подваривали? цековки убирали?

1-"коробочка" для жосткости самого стакана..
2-самодельная фреза для этих жэ цековок..
3- очередной экземпляр (когда говоришь по тел. - нефиг работать! ), а варил ради личного эксп.- результат- ПЛОХО.

Разкажу немного что привело к очередному снятию двигателя... а дело было так. Катался-катался...гонялся-гонялся.. все хорошо и едет и радует и достойно марку держал ну вот мало и все (впринцыпе так всегда). Решил потехонечку приобретать так сказать запчасти для следующего апгрейда... да так зацепило что что непонял как все и произошло то. Думаю заранее все что можно подгоню... подрежу... будет меньше працюваты при следующей компоновке,а не тут тобыло....наивный..:D. Решил я так сказать в следующий раз подготовить шпг,степень, впрыск-топливо... кароч по умке и без адреналина (:D) неспеша перейти на дуйку.. Когда пришол компрессор я решил, че время тянуть буду устраивать его потехонечку, а когда устроил то решил и прикатать в холостую....:-D. Все ничего ну снимай теперь и катайся это лето на здоровье себе, автомобиль то прекрасно едет и в сегодняшней компоновке, а нет я еще всетаки попробую немного..(ПРИ СТЕПЕНИ ОКОЛО 9.5 :fool:). Тут еще кум где взялся.. и понеслась.. за два часа перед гонками был сварен колектор на карбы и:yahoo:. Ни датчики еще не пришли ни толком давление не проверили ни сброса вообщем черт знает что...похватари вогнегасныки и погнали дуракчки. Завели- работает погазовали-работает, у гаража стартонули-валит тю делов то думаем всего лишь было нафик та физика уже руки дрожат..поехали:D..

Выехали по дорожке на гонки еще чела прихватили ну и в тапку ж конечно.. а едет то как.. очи на приборы не смотрят, уши ничего не слышат..кенты чет орут с заду...(сидя на полу с огнетушытелями),а я ничего не хочу знать... только вперед..:D Проехали км 10 где-то.. на заправку... сотку давай заливай я их всег сегодня рвать буду.. залили..поехали дальше.. разогнался по трассе так что и человека забыли высадить где просил..когда входили в поворот то эти клиенты че сзади хто-то оторвал ребро жосткости что под потолком было... предурки,а че хотели машин то спортивный у мня..:D схватиться не зачто все удалено:D только сидение и педали а ну и руль конечно ж...Заехали кофейка попить..капот открыл.. нормуль.. фонариком посветил все работает..закрыл...посмотре� � на масло-110.. на охлаждайку-100.. ну кароч нормально как и раньше по пятницам:yahoo:-заглушил. Тут и кофе притянули.. пью руки трусяться.. на таврюху косяки кидаю будущих соперников обзваниваю:D............... Кароч иду я к багажнику фонарь положить,тут ляп..нога во что-то o_O что за фигня собак то много..фонарь клац:cry: а там масло из под машины и из выхлопной как кровушка стекает.. ну усе прыихалы друзи кажу... вот так..пришлось снимать...

Вобщем погоревали немного, глупый адреналин прошол.. можно продолжать.. Что имели по ДВС: 74/75.5/гбц пиленая-расточеная-клап-вп-36.5 вып 32-два делертто-сомоделкин колектор-выпуск 4/2/1 на 51 трубе ( люди заставили в конце хоть банку поставить А ТО СРАЗУ ПОД КРЫЛО ивсе:D) распред подем 12.6 вп и 12.0 вып ширина хз тянет до краев, че просил то иполучил (два комплекта поршней пропилил блин для цековок-безполезно-хочу:D) Ну и мелочи..электро насос.. доп подушки..датчики-указатели и т.д...
Хочу::yes: 76.5/76.5/голова таже она себя оправдала только напр. втулки подлечим, а дальше или дросселя хорошие:D или все таки компрессор но без фонатизма (эх не умеем:D) и с инжектором. Вот так. Ось -покрытие хром диам. 18.03. Коромысла-из шт.70 еле выбрал десяток. Установил бронзовые втулки (оловянистая кому интересно) примерно в один мм.толщины тоесть 20.0. После этого на спецыальном станочке зделал одинаковую шлифовку для всех девяти шт. Но засада-показалось или нет но кажеться пострадало рабочее покрытие и решил поверхность обработать азотированием. Для этого пришлось изготовить фальш-ось + медные кольца чтобы не пострадали втулки (видно на нек. фото) самих коромысел. Посмотрим что получиться после-отдал термичнику и т.д. И так коромысла прошли азотирование и проблема с подозрением на отсуцтвие твердости рабочей пяты теперь ищезла. Как проверял,да просто -напильником,натфелем и т.д. Цвет конечно приобрели темно красный и что-то синее, а так нормуль. Были фото но чет не пойму потом с ними...

Ход колена 75.5, поршни ино- ответ на самодельные. Подходящих параметров по шатунам НЕТ + кто-то может реально ответить с практики по алюминиевых шатунах???- НЕТ. Вот и ответ. Изготавливались на ЧПУ и руцями и т.д....

Тут идея того, что бы выжать из этого "родного" мотора все что можно) А потом на гонках он рассказывает "та это же стоковый мотор:))"

И так коромысла прошли азотирование и проблема с подозрением на отсуцтвие твердости рабочей пяты теперь ищезла. Как проверял,да просто -напильником,натфелем и т.д. Цвет конечно приобрели темно красный и что-то синее, а так нормуль. Были фото но чет не пойму потом с ними...

А по каким параметрам выбирали?

Подбирал по целой навареной рабочей пятке (если обратите на это внимание то бывает рабочая плоскость даже "трехугольная"),по ее длинне-ширине,расстоянию до центра по смещению от продольной оси оси и т. д. Усли обратите внимание на б.у коромысла то увидите что рабочая часть на каждом отдельном рокере от начала до конца всегда разная, у меня дошло до того что начало фазы начиналось или заканчивалось вне рабочей пяты. Теперь представте что будет... а самое главное что причину неправильной работы ищешь не там. Но повторюсь эти "мелочи" нестрашны для класических распредвалов- они все вписываються на 4 с+ для нормальной работы грм...
